Hello and welcome!
Commodore Sloat Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution is based out of Monterey, California. The chapter was first organized in 1921 and today, it is one of 114 NSDAR chapters in the state of California. Our members are engaged in the community both individually and collectively, and we are guided by the NSDAR's fundamentals of patriotism, education, and historic preservation.

Our Commodore Sloat chapter celebrated its 100th anniversary in October of 2022 at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California. This is an historic location for our chapter; throughout the years, this site has hosted our Daughters on multiple occasions.
Shown below are new Daughters who are receiving their official welcome into our chapter. Each of them are descended from a patriot who served in the American Revolution. As Daughters, we are passionate about historic preservation, education, and patriotism.
We welcome your interest in our society. If you are interested in learning more about membership, please contact us.

Daughters share some laughs at our Commodore Sloat Centennial Celebration, held on October 1, 2022.
